After You Join
Your First Week on LuckyMax
Once you complete your LuckyMax registration, the welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically after your first qualifying deposit. You don't need to enter a promo code or call customer service — it just appears in your balance, ready to use on any game you like.
LuckyMax's KYC (Know Your Customer) process is straightforward and designed for Filipino players. You'll need to upload a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card. Most verifications are approved within a few hours. KYC is required by PAGCOR to keep the platform safe and to prevent underage gambling and fraud.
After verification, your full withdrawal limits are unlocked. You can send your winnings back to your GCash wallet, Maya account, or directly to your BDO, BPI, or UnionBank account. For amounts up to ₱50,000, GCash and Maya transfers are typically completed within 15 minutes.
LuckyMax also has a daily login bonus system. Every day you log in to your account, you collect reward points that can be exchanged for free bets, free spins on jackpot slots, or even direct cashback in Philippine Peso. The longer you stay active on LuckyMax, the better your rewards get — it's that simple.
And because we take responsible gaming seriously, every LuckyMax account comes with built-in tools: deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You're always in control of how you play. That's the LuckyMax commitment to every Filipino player who registers with us.
