You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Never share your password. Report any unauthorised access immediately.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting software are all strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

LuckyMax is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under a valid gaming licence issued by the appropriate Philippine gaming authority. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the LuckyMax platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, Tongits, Sabong, PBA betting, jackpot slots, bingo, and virtual sports.
By creating a LuckyMax account, you acknowledge that online gaming involves real money and carries inherent financial risk. LuckyMax is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of participation in any game or betting activity on our platform, provided that the platform has operated fairly and in accordance with its published rules.
These Terms are written in English as the primary governing language. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English version. The English text shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
To open a LuckyMax account, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Each player is permitted to hold only one active LuckyMax account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If LuckyMax discovers that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated through prohibited duplicate accounts may be voided. This policy exists to maintain a fair gaming environment for all Kabayan players.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request will result in a temporary hold on your withdrawal until verification is complete.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. VIP players may request higher deposit limits by contacting our support team. All deposits are processed in real time or within a maximum of one (1) banking day.
All transactions on LuckyMax are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If you initiate a transaction in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion fee. LuckyMax is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions.
To request a withdrawal, log in to your LuckyMax account, navigate to the "Cashier" section, and submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–22:00 Philippine Standard Time). Most requests via GCash or Maya are completed within two (2) hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to one (1) business day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may require additional documentation review.
Withdrawals will only be released to a payment method registered in your own name. LuckyMax does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. If your account has an active bonus, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be approved.
LuckyMax offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) a set number of times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots and bingo typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Tongits may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rate for each game is available in the promotion terms or by contacting our support team.
Each game available on LuckyMax is governed by its own set of specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These game-specific rules supplement these Terms and must be read alongside them.
All games on LuckyMax use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. LuckyMax does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and calculated over long-term statistical cycles.
In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, LuckyMax reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet to the player's account. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, LuckyMax may reverse or adjust the transaction after notifying the player.
Regarding sports betting and Sabong: all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. LuckyMax follows standard industry rules for void bets, late bets, and abandoned events.
The following activities are strictly forbidden on the LuckyMax platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, LuckyMax may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, LuckyMax reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team at support@luckymax.best. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any LuckyMax content without prior written permission.
LuckyMax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to commercial use, resale, or public performance of any platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, LuckyMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
LuckyMax does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect your ability to access LuckyMax. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions and to notify players in advance where possible.
In no event shall LuckyMax's total liability to you exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
LuckyMax collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described therein.
LuckyMax will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
LuckyMax reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-site notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the LuckyMax platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to LuckyMax's customer support team for informal resolution.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority for adjudication, in accordance with the regulations in force at the time. Both parties agree to exhaust regulatory channels before pursuing litigation.
